What brought you to UltraFlex?

10 years ago I began working in the industry for a competitor.  At the time, I had no idea that it would transform my career path.  In 2015, an opportunity at UltraFlex was presented to me. Having experience in the industry, I felt confident enough to make the big move and excited for the opportunity to work for a young, progressive company.  One of the best decisions I have ever made, here I am 6 years later!

What have you learned from working in this industry?

Be proactive instead of reactive. Have contingency plans in place so it’s easier to navigate any unforeseen challenges or delays.

What’s the most challenging project you had to work on?

Managing the renovation/relocation to our new facility and keeping production in motion.

What are the most essential skills you’ve learned?  

Communication, communication is key.

What part of your daily activities empowers you to be creative? 

Each day is always different. We have a cohesive team at UPT. We work well together and empower each other to keep taking it to the next level.

Is there some piece of wisdom that you would like to share with people?  

Invest in yourself. Know your worth.
